about

Hello, there!

I am a licensed clinical therapist who embraces positive psychology and cognitive behavior philosophies. My therapeutic approach is integrated and client-centered, where I mix different therapy styles and allow my clients to direct the pace of therapy. I particularly enjoy working with youth (aged 7+) and young adults, focusing on coming-of-age life transitions, depression, and anxiety. I believe in holistic well-being and support my clients in pursuing healthy lifestyles for mind-body balance.

To me, therapy is an ongoing conversation where the end of each session is just a pause. The next time we meet, resuming that conversation is as simple as picking up where we left off. I prefer a different approach to the traditional therapy format, where clients don’t have to discuss topics sequentially, especially if they’re not comfortable doing so at the moment.

My philosophy

is that therapy works best in a freewill environment where clients have the freedom to decide the pace and frequency of sessions. I try to make interacting with me as simple as possible.

Witnessing clients achieve their goals and find balance is what I love most about being a clinician.

Being a therapist was my childhood dream⸺I even have a coffee mug depicting Lucy’s "psychiatric help 5¢” booth on my desk!

After completing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of North Texas, I subsequently pursued a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. I fulfilled my internship at Granbury Youth Services in Granbury, Texas, working with at-risk youth. I’m credentialed as a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) in the State of Texas and an LPC in Wisconsin, with advanced credentialing as an ADHD-Certified Clinical Service Provider (ADHD-CCSP), a Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) clinician, and a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional (CIMHP).

I’m passionate about helping my clients overcome challenges, find life balance, and become the best versions of themselves.

I offer in-person, virtual, and public walk-and-talk therapy session modalities for therapy clientele as well as associate supervision from my practice nestled in the quaint neighborhood of

Near Southside, Fort Worth.

Your therapy journey begins with a free consultation. Reach out, I look forward to speaking with you.

Be happy for this moment. This moment is your life.”
